Since costs budgeting came into force in April 2013, we have drafted a huge number of budgets (Precedent H) on all types of cases. We also negotiate upon the budgets and prepare budget discussion reports (Precedent R) and attend CCMCs when necessary. We stay in touch with our Clients to help them monitor where they stand in relation to their approved budget.
We are a team of experienced costs negotiators, providing advice throughout the negotiation process, and drafting Points of Dispute or Replies when necessary. If a case is unable to settle, we draft the Request for Provisional or Detailed Assessment, and deal with the case until a settlement is reached.
