All of our highly experienced team have drafted every type of bill, ranging from the traditional “three column”, to phased bills and the modern “electronic” version (Precedent S). As the CPR changes, so do we, ensuring that the accuracy and quality of our work is second to none.

Since costs budgeting came into force in April 2013, we have drafted a huge number of budgets (Precedent H) on all types of cases. We also negotiate upon the budgets and prepare budget discussion reports (Precedent R) and attend CCMCs when necessary. We stay in touch with our Clients to help them monitor where they stand in relation to their approved budget.

We are a team of experienced costs negotiators, providing advice throughout the negotiation process, and drafting Points of Dispute or Replies when necessary. If a case is unable to settle, we draft the Request for Provisional or Detailed Assessment, and deal with the case until a settlement is reached.

I have instructed Paramount on numerous occasions in relation to PI, CN and COP matters. I find their service very personal and they are happy to discuss and clarify issues quickly by telephone. The Bills produced are both clear and accurate and they deal with costs budgeting effectively. Caroline Flashman, Partner,
