Charlene joined the Paramount family in March 2022 and brought with her 20 years costing experience; over 15 years of which is in Multi Track Personal Injury work. Starting life as a High Court Criminal Costs Draftsman and moving into Civil Law in 2006, Charlene has seen times of change; fixed success fees, then the 2013 LASPO reforms and the continually changing landscape of fixed costs. She has a broad knowledge covering a variety of different claim types and now mostly specialises in Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury Costs Budgeting, Bill drafting and costs negotiations. In her spare time she loves to hike the fells of the Lake District and is a big foodie, so loves to cook (and eat!).
