Firstly, if you would like an informal chat with us, please get in touch by calling us on 01228 815390 and asking for either Martin Walsh or Christine Marsh.

If you have sent us your CV then one of the team will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for an interview and depending on your location it will either be in person or online.

The interview will take place with a department head and either Martin or Christine.

After the interview either Martin or Christine will be back in touch with you to let you know the outcome of the interview and if successful will provide further details of target and salary.

Yes! Most of the team currently have a hybrid working arrangement that suits both them and Paramount.

We have a few ways in which you can still feel part of the team, we have quarterly all together days, frequent wellbeing walks that are held in different areas of the country each time and a WhatsApp group to share the latest box set you’ve been watching, funny things your pet has done etc…

We also encourage you to meet up with any colleagues that maybe close by to you location wise for a cuppa (with cake obviously) or lunch.

We currently hold annual 121’s with everyone to discuss any areas that have been challenging, changes our colleague wants to make and any support they have identified they need. We encourage our colleagues to look out for webinars/seminars that may be of benefit to them and their learning
